Teresa brings over a decade of diverse service experience, from the medical field to photography and teaching. Now, she collaborates with Dan, ensuring top-notch customer service. Outside work, Teresa enjoys precious moments with her four children, expertly balancing family and business. Her passion for building lasting client relationships shines through her work.
Dan Schwarzkopf Owner, President
Dan, a third-generation master electrician, has continued the family legacy set by his grandfather and father. Following high school, Dan embarked on a journey in the electrical field, contributing over 20 years of expertise across various domains, including residential, commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical electrical projects. His commitment to excellence and diverse experience make him a seasoned professional in the industry. Outside of his work, Dan finds joy in spending time with his wife and four children, fostering a strong family connection that mirrors the dedication he brings to his profession.
Morgan
Receptionist
Morgan excels in customer service at Anchor Electric while pursuing a business degree at Daytona State. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, graphic design, fishing, and time with loved ones, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional growth.
Jose
Safety Director
Jose, a proud business owner for 38 years, recently joined Anchor Electric after retirement. In his free time, he enjoys camping with his wife and dog, Sandy, and cherishing moments with children and grandchildren. Dedicated to both career success and a fulfilling personal life, Jose also spends quality time with friends.
Jay
Commercial Project Manager
With 30 years in the electrical field, Jay brings vast expertise to Anchor Electric. Raised in St. John’s County, he excels in managing commercial accounts. Off-duty, Jay enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and quality time with his wife on the boat. Proud of his four children’s achievements, Jay reflects a commitment to both professional excellence and a fulfilling family life.
Cam
Residential Project Manager
With six years in the electrical trade, Cam finds joy in softball, fishing, beach days, and boating, while his love for baseball endures. A dedicated Steelers fan, he enjoys downtime with his wife, newborn, and three dogs. Cam’s diverse interests highlight a well-rounded individual, finding fulfillment in both professional pursuits and the joys of family and recreation.

Electrical Technician
Chris, a cherished member of Anchor Electric since 2020, excels in problem-solving and brings a contagious smile to everyone around. Beyond work, he indulges in beach outings, lacrosse games, and cherished moments with his family, girlfriend, and a beloved cat. His positive energy is a beacon at Anchor Electric, making him not only a reliable team player but also a delightful presence.
Nolan
Electrical Apprentice
Nolan, our dedicated apprentice in the electrical field, gains valuable knowledge from our experienced electricians. Beyond work, he finds joy in surfing, dirt bike riding, and proudly owns a Ford. Committed to enhancing his skills, Nolan attends Flagler Technical College as an apprentice electrician, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and growth.
Roshad
Commercial Technician
With a solid nine years of experience, Roshad is a proficient electrician who finds joy in fishing, basketball, and cooking. When he’s not at work, he treasures moments with his family, with a special focus on quality time with his daughter. Roshad takes pride in being part of the Anchor Electric team, where he brings not only his expertise but also a positive and energetic spirit to the workplace.
Jean
Commercial Technician
Jean loves riding motorcycles and used to be a truck driver. Even though he doesn’t have kids, he’s an awesome uncle and loves every moment of it. When it’s time to relax, you’ll find him enjoying his favorite show, Friends. And if he’s picking a meal, Hawaiian food is his top choice. Jean adds his unique style to the Anchor Electric team – a cool guy with a warm heart!

Juan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the electrical field, making him a valuable asset to our team. When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him casting his line into the waters for a relaxing fishing session or embarking on scenic drives. A passionate basketball fan, Juan enjoys cheering on his favorite teams while savoring the flavors of fresh seafood dishes.
Johnny
Commercial Apprentice
Johnny comes to us with experience in site management and was a private contractor for DOT. When he’s not working on our projects, he’s out catching waves, hunting, or hitting the baseball diamond as a skilled catcher. With Johnny’s passion for adventure and dedication to teamwork, he brings positive energy to our team!
Adam
Commercial Apprentice
Adam is one of our dedicated team members who brings his honesty and passion for hunting to work every day. He describes himself as an honest guy who loves hunting, and he’s most at home when sitting in a tree stand, waiting for that perfect shot. Adam’s commitment to honesty and his love for the great outdoors make him a valuable member of our team at Anchor Electric.
Frank
Inventory Operator
Since 1970, Frank has been an electrician, serving as Vice President in his family’s NYC electrical business. Retiring in 2005, he joined Anchor Electric in 2020, contributing decades of expertise. Happily married, Frank stays active and cherishes family moments. At Anchor Electric, he goes beyond, stocking the back and pulling materials, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Nathan
Electrical Intern
Nathan, juggles duties at Flagler Palm Coast High School. Beyond the electrical field, he’s either outdoors playing baseball or immersed in a good book. Post-graduation, Nathan aims to enhance his skills at Flagler Technical College through their apprentice electrical program, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and growth.
